Provincial Try Out Registration Form-U12A

Please complete the following registration form to participate in Barrie and District Ringette (BDRA) U12A Tryouts

U12A - Tryouts

Thursday, Sept 15th, 7:15-8:15pm - IRC GOLD - SKILLS

Saturday, Sept 17th, 1:30-2:30pm - ARC Blue - SKILLS and SCRIMMAGE

Sunday, Sept 18th, 4:30-5:30pm - ARC Blue - EXHIBITION GAME

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Registrations will close the day of the first tryout date.
2. All Players will be required to bring $60 cash or be prepared to pay by e-transfer at the door of the first tryout. 
3. To be eligible to participate, all tryout attendees must be registered for the 2021-22 Season and/or 2022-2023 Season. 
4. PLEASE PRINT OFF AND REVIEW THE 2 FORMS THAT ARE FOUND ON THE BDRA WEBSITE.
