RAMP TEAM APP
Please continue to mark your player attendance in the RAMP TEAM APP and add your spectators so we can complete contact tracing if needed. The health screen in RAMP TEAM APP does not need to be completed unless your team is having dryland training or travelling to an arena that does not have staff completing COVID Screening and Vaccine verification.
City of Barrie and Town of Innisfil will verify COVID screening and identification/vaccine proof at entry to facility.
SCREENING:
All players and spectators should pre-screen themselves using the health screening in the RAMP app prior to leaving the house.
Upon arrival at the arenas (both Barrie and Innisfil) staff will complete a verbal screening with players and spectators. It is the family/player responsibility to ensure truthful declarations and honesty around health status. There are no exceptions.
COVID-19 VACCINE REQUIREMENTS: NEW CHANGES INCLUDED!!!!
Innisfil and Barrie facility staff will require proof of identity (digital proof will be accepted for 12-17yrs), 18+ must show actual ID. As well proof of vaccine QR CODE (digital or printed) must be shown at the door.
